We had a pleasant stay at Asian Mansion II. The location was great, with easy access to Ayala malls and other business establishments. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had basic cooking utensils provided. Despite a few minor issues with the bathroom tiles and AC, our overall experience was positive. I would recommend this hotel for its value for money and convenient location.

I recently had a great stay at this hotel in Makati City. First of all, the location couldn't have been more perfect for me as a budget conscious shopper. It is conveniently situated near the Greenbelt Mall, allowing me to easily access multiple shopping options within a short walking distance. This saved me a lot of money that I would have otherwise spent on transportation.
All in all, my experience at this hotel was satisfactory.

proximity to my work place
squeaky bed, booked superior room but was given standard room so i transferred. however, in the morning, my breakfast was not served because the night receptionist wasn't able to endorse the change to the morning shift.

Location--sadly near the malls.
hard to find......no curtains, so bright when you still want to sleep over..no area map especially for balikbayans/ out of towners.; All the staff can say is about the mall ( sad).

I had a really good stay at this hotel in Makati. the location was fantastic, with easy access to malls and restaurants. Secondly, the room was a decent size and had the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Lastly, the staff were friendly and efficient, and the breakfast was delivered on time. Plus, the value for money was great!
No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

Going to shopping centers was a breeze. True to their word, it only takes a 3 minute walk to reach one of the area's best shopping center.

Clean hotel with great facilities. Convenient location close to all activities and in the center of everything. Friendly staff and good breakfast.
Nothing negative to say.

The location was the best! There's already a convenience store just outside the hotel. And within a minute's walk you'd find coffee shops, places to eat, etc. Greenbelt is truly just around the corner. On my first day, I went to Greenbelt and hanged out near the chapel; I felt so very relaxed with the beautiful scenery and hearing the songs and bible verses. It was a park and mall at the same time; we had vanilla ice cream at night while lounging at sofas outside the mall. So many bars to go to as well, and with Greenbelt as your neighbor, you only have to walk so you don't spend a lot getting to and from places.
The shower room was alright for one person, but I always prefer a bigger one. Plus, the hotel didn't provide slippers. It's really my fault though for not bringing one.

hotel stay extension policy. i am already here in your hotel and ask that my stay be extended but i was told that i had to pay more if i do it in the hotel..i had to leave my room, go to a computer shop and re book online. this is rediculous. you should treat your hotel guest more corteously and not discourage them to stay there again.

During Christmas, I went to a hotel in Makati and it was a great place to stay. I liked that they served breakfast to the room every morning, which was really convenient. the location was perfect because it was close to shopping centers and food places within just a few minutes of walking. Plus, the room was spacious and had all the facilities I needed.
I disliked that the staff at the reception didn't give me enough information about the facilities available. I didn't even know there was a restaurant nearby until I went out exploring.

I liked the location based on my proximity to my business appointments. The rates were decent and the staff were courteous and professional. I would recommend am2 to other travelers.
The unit I was in could use a better sofa or couch. The futon is rather uncomfortable. It did not bother me as much as I was always out, but for the times I would like to kick back and relax.... Bed should be a little higher, and upgraded. It seemed as old as the building. Would also suggest upgrade of the toilets.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
